Her career spans aviation, corporate consulting, healthcare, and emergency response, where she has successfully led talent acquisition, built HR departments from the ground up, designed performance systems, and driven organizational change. A Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) with an MBA in HR Management, Helen has recently completed a Master’s in International Human Resource Management from Rome Business School. Known for her strategic thinking and people-first approach, she partners with clients to create scalable HR solutions that improve performance, foster engagement, and drive growth.
